Almost There!

Well, we had our 37 week doctor's appt today, and little Dylan is getting ready to make his appearance any time now. The doctor said he feels like it could very easily be this week... I'm not getting my hopes up for that, but am certainly happy to be making progress. We will keep you "posted."
